Please note that all bookings require a 50% deposit to secure treatment booking. 

Appointment information

Once you have an appointment scheduled, you will receive a booking confirmation email. A reminder text will be sent out 24 hours prior to treatment. Please fill in your details with as much information as possible regarding your need for treatment. If you wish to reschedule, cancellation notice period is 48 hours, any deposits falling under the notice policy may be retained.

Please fill in the COVID contact tracing form that is on text reminders before visiting for your appointment. This is essential to ensure a safe working environment for all of us.

Arrival

Please be aware the door will be locked during treatment for security purposes. For this reason I ask that you do not arrive any earlier than five minutes prior to your scheduled time. If appointment is still in progress an ‘in treatment sign’ will be on the door, please kindly wait outside or in your car until the door is unlocked.

Parking

Parking is available to the front of the premises. Due to surrounding businesses, one parking space is allocated to Oakley’s directly in front of the door. If possible, please park in this space, off road parking is also available nearby.
